Product availability

All orders are processed from our store; in-stock products are normally shipped within 2 days. Products that are not in stock will be ordered from our suppliers and may take longer, but this information will be communicated to you by email before invoicing. Huard et Compagnie cannot be held liable for any shipping delays.

If a product is no longer available from our suppliers, the customer will receive notification by email or by telephone.

Products are available in Canada only.

Modification or cancellation of your order

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed by emailing However, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to the "Returns" section on this page for return procedures.

Upon reception, please check the contents of your order to detect any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Carefully examine the packaging as well as the package contents.

If the contents are damaged, accept the package while noting the damage on the delivery stub along with the date and a signature. The delivery person should also sign the delivery stub and leave you a copy for your records. Immediately notify Customer Service at


Prices displayed on Huard et Compagnie’s website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, assembly and shipping fees are applied. The total amount is due and payable when you place your order. Articles on sale or in promotion are final sales.

Huard et Compagnie reserves the right to modify the retail price of its products at any time without prior notice.

Tracking your order

Once the order has been filled and shipped, you will receive an email from Canada Post indicating the shipping status of your order, including a tracking number, along with a link to access the tracking website. You can track your parcel on the following website:

Shipping fees are not applicable to oversize items, such as large furniture.


An order may occasionally be cancelled for various reasons, such as non-availability of a product, difficulty in processing personal information concerning payment, inability to deliver to a given address. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery procedures and services

Our shipping is handled by a transport company or by the postal service. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for delays, additional fees or information mistyped by the buyer.

Canada Post expedited parcel service delivers to all large Canadian cities within 3 to 5 days and up to 10 days for rural areas. This service is also available for postal boxes and outlying areas, as well as for all commercial addresses such as a postal service. If no one is present at the destination address to accept the package, a delivery notice will be left at the door with information on where and when your parcel can be picked up at the post office. Postal service outlets are easily accessible due to extended service in the morning, evening and on Saturdays; the package is kept for 15 days before being returned to Huard et Compagnie. Please ensure that you have photo identification when you pick up your parcel. Your parcel is insured in its entirety and is easily traceable by using the tracking number you receive by email from Canada Post (

All orders from Huard et Compagnie’s website must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.


Two days should be allowed for processing in-stock items at our warehouse. On average, one to three days must be added for shipping. Huard et Compagnie can in no way be held liable for late delivery due to out-of-stock items or transportation problems.

We will only process orders that can be delivered via ground shipping. 

Shipping fees are determined according to rules that consider the volume, mass and number of articles and/or the order total.

Shipping is at a flat rate of $8 per order or is free for orders over 75$.

Huard et Compagnie cannot guarantee the consolidation of separate orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to combine orders to save on shipping fees.

Huard et Compagnie reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction for which the shipping fees charged are considerably less than the actual fees. Huard et Compagnie will contact the customer to discuss the possibilities and alternatives or will simply provide a full refund.

Huard et Compagnie cannot be held liable for any errors or extended delays by a third party (i.e. the carrier).


Refund or exchange of items within 20 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Refunds are issued using the same method of payment as the original payment. Any item reduced is considered a final sale. Purchases can be returned in person at any store location. Upon receipt of returned products, a refund will be issued to the credit card charged by Huard et Compagnie. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
